Who We Are
George Hall and Zack Hill have over 45 combined years working inside insurance company claim departments. George Hall has held titles of Claim Manager, Director of Claim, Regional Claim Manager, and VP of Claim for the largest insurance companies nationwide. He decided to help the public deal with a process that can be confusing and frustrating. His prior years of experience has taught him many lessons that will help you get a fair value for your claim.
Zack Hill is an experienced public adjuster who has prior working relationships with Florida centric carriers and those with a national presence. He continues to keep pace with the evolving insurance Claim industry as a licensed drone pilot (FAA Part 107 Certified Drone Pilot). This provides ADR Florida the resource to inspect larger homes and commercial properties for damage. Mr. Hill is fluent in Spanish to assist our diverse customer base.
Education Matters
George Hall has obtained two of the highest insurance designations: the CPCU and CLU. Very few insurance professionals or public adjusters have this comprehensive scope of insurance knowledge. George Hall have sat successfully for multiple state public adjusting exams and that is why ADR is licensed in Florida, Missouri, and Illinois.
