Most people have only one claim in a lifetime, and this is exactly why insurance companies are so profitable. They know you don’t know what you don’t know, and for this reason alone you should not resolve your claim without professional help.

At ADR Florida, we put your claim through the same reliable process that we learned while training at the largest insurance companies in the country. For this reason, we know what the insurance adjuster will do before they even do it.

 

How all claims should be handled is the way we manage claims:
  1. After signing up with ADR Florida, we request a copy of your declarations page, policy, and all endorsement in effect on the reported date of loss.
  2. We do a thorough coverage review once we get your policy.
  3. We advise you of any issues based on your policy that may impact your claim settlement.
  4. We inspect your property either remotely with help from vendors, or in person.
  5. We use technology to capture information regarding the loss and measurements to create a proper scope of repair and estimate.
  6. We obtain the insurance company’s settlement letter and estimate for review.
  7. We compare the ADR Florida estimate against the insurance company’s estimate.
  8. We work to resolve any disagreements in the claim value in a professional manner.
  9. If we cannot resolve the disagreement, then we look for the dispute resolution clause in your policy to provide a path forward.

All along the way ADR Florida keeps you fully informed. We assist as necessary in presenting Proof of Loss if one is requested.

Your claim will eventually settle but it is important to know that you are the one who ultimately gives us the go ahead to make that final agreement.  We do not just settle your claim without your approval.
